meet the chef
An Alabama native, Tripp Mauldin received a degree in Finance from the University of Alabama but decided to follow his true passion – cooking. He attended the Johnson and Wales University in Vail, Colorado and received a degree in Culinary Arts. He worked his way up from line cook at Aqua and the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco to sous chef at the Michael Mina Restaurant in the Westin St. Francis of San Francisco to being named Executive Chef at the Angele Restaurant in Napa Valley.

Our menus are designed to be driven seasonally using only the best from Ohio and the Midwest.
Using local produce , meats and dairy in our recipes we create dishes for all palates including vegetarian and vegan options.
Partnering with local farmers and suppliers allows us to create bold and flavorful combinations in an urban flexaterian style of menu.
